Gourmet Tapas & Vino Route Tour

The heart of gastronomy and tapas is not in the centre of Madrid but on the eastern shore of the Retiro Park. This neighbourhood is known for having the best tapas, the widest range of wines and the most innovative cuisine per square meter in all of Madrid.

This  area has unique avant-garde and creative bars, creative cuisine boutiques, delicatessen taverns where each dish surprises  for its taste and uniqueness. A neighbourhood with such a high level of quality in its gastronomy that it has attracted, not only the locals but also personalities such as the Spanish Royal Family, the American First Lady (Michelle Obama) and national and international actors of all kinds such as Harrison Ford.

This tour will guide you and show you the best of high quality foods and wines of different denominations and areas of Spain. This will not only be a foodie guide, with the best Spanish dishes that are very much a resemblance of Madrid, but these will be paired with the most rustic and special Spanish wines too. Master Class of Spanish Cooking in Madrid

Welcome to your Spanish Cooking-Class. Here you will learn to prepare traditional Spanish dishes based on traditional and rustic recipes kept for many years. This  cooking class will be an unforgettable experience, and combines a market visit to Madrid's most famous local markets especially admired by locals.

This masterclass has the duration of about 3 hours, where you will get to learn all about the most typical dishes which are part of Spanish Gastronomy, with a Chef. All dishes will be cooked with ingredients purchased during your Market tour beforehand and, as a relaxation point after all the cooking during your masterclass, you will get to taste and enjoy everything that resulted from your creations!
